If you are travelling to United States of America than you must definitely checkout the south eastern area of the country which is dominated by locations that has a good coastal landscape. Places like Florida, Georgia and South Carolina are said to be one of the most beautiful coastal locations in the world and you can enjoy these places along with your family and friends. Most of the surf spots and beaches are open for all kinds of surfers because the tides are not really high.

South Carolina has better waves compare to North Carolina and therefore you will find that the swells here are better and bigger than what you experienced in North Carolina. Further down south, Georgia does not have many surf spots but some of the good locations to surf are here like Sugar Shack, Tybee Island Pier, South Tybee Sandbars, Little Tybee Island, Ossabaw Island, St. Catherines Head and Cumberlands Islands. If you are looking to enjoy some of the best surfing action in this region than there is nothing like North Florida. Southern New England which includes places like Boston, Plymouth, Hampton, Newport and New Bedford are also good places where you can surf as the waves here are pretty good and the winds here push waves a little higher. Some good spots where you can head with your surf board are 2nd Beach, 2nd Bluff, Alerton Point, Allston Beach, Baker Beach, Ballston Beach, Banyons, Beattle Rock, Block Island,Bonnet Shores Point, Cahoon Hollow, Cutty Wow Reef, Elbow Ledge, Dickeys, Fenway, Fox Hill, Freaks Peak, Good Harbor Beach, Green Hill, Hollows, Madeket Beach, Madaquechem, Matunuck, Monahans Dock, Mung Cove, Nantasket Beach, Nobadeer, Ogunquit Beach, Peggoty, Point Judith, Judith Lighthouse, Rexhame, Rock Piles, Ruggles, Rye On The Rocks, Stonewall Beach and Wave O Saurus. Since the waves are unpredictable at times, these locations are for experienced surfers, but beginners can also explore these waters under supervision by some experienced surfer.
