South Carolina has better waves compare to North Carolina and therefore you will find that the swells here are better and bigger than what you experienced in North Carolina. Further down south, Georgia does not have many surf spots but some of the good locations to surf are here like Sugar Shack, Tybee Island Pier, South Tybee Sandbars, Little Tybee Island, Ossabaw Island, St. Catherines Head and Cumberlands Islands.
